TechEmergence, an artificial intelligence market research firm, helps companies and institutions gain insight on the applications and implications of AI and machine learning technologies.

We were excited to learn that TechEmergence recently featured the work we did with GSK as a case study on how AI can be applied to pull actionable insights from customer data.

In this case, GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), a global healthcare company, approached Luminoso to better understand public perception and trust around vaccines. During a time of noticeable spikes in measles cases, GSK needed to understand motivating factors behind parental decisions to vaccinate their children so that they could respond appropriately.
